At the end of the course participants will be able to recognize symptoms of excessive stress in themselves and others. They will have identified the techniques and approaches that will help them cope positively with pressure both generally and at busy times.

- The impact of excessive stress, recognizing the signals and reacting to them

- Different levels of vulnerability to stress, personality types

- Understanding the person as a complete system, the impact of a positive attitude and positive framing

- Identifying the elements in each individuals environment that generate pressure

- Develop effective behavioral skills

- Explore possible lifestyle changes to maximize energy

- Positive mental attitude techniques

- Personal action plans
