Working in an organization is increasingly demanding and staying positive and healthy in such circumstances can be difficult. This course is aimed at recharging the batteries, giving people the motivation and energy to be positive about themselves and their job.

Aim and Objectives: |

At the end of the course participants will be more able to recognise symptoms of excessive stress in themselves and others. They will identify the techniques and approaches that will help them cope positively with pressure both generally and at busy times. The course will cover:
- Understanding pressure, its positive aspects and when it turns to stress
- The impact of excessive stress, recognising the signals and reacting to them
- Different levels of vulnerability to stress, personality types
- Understanding the person as a complete system, the impact of a positive attitude and positive framing
- Identifying the elements in each individuals environment that generate pressure
- Develop effective behavioral skills
- Explore possible lifestyle changes to maximize energy
- Positive mental attitude techniques
