The need to respond to change, to be flexible, to be competitive, all are ever present for the manager. Managers need to be skilled in developing their people and helping them to be as effective as possible. Only a small proportion of training takes place in seminars or on courses, the majority should take place in the workplace. This course is designed to help managers fulfill their role as coach and to more effectively use other training resources available within the organization.
